My professional career has been in structural design, where I've spent the last 20 years working on structural design projects.
Before moving into structural design, I spent around seven years working as an architectural modelmaker. That background gave me an early appreciation for drawings, scale, visual communication and how designs are presented.
I started North Kent Planning & Building Regulations to provide a straightforward drawing service for smaller domestic projects — combining professional technical drawing with a personal service.

You deal directly with me rather than being passed between different people. I prefer written enquiries because it gives me the project information I need and means I can give you a considered response.
My main focus is smaller domestic work: extensions, garage conversions, loft conversions, internal alterations and similar projects.
